02Intake and schema assessment
The first session is a comprehensive intake that includes a schema assessment — a structured tool that creates a clear picture of the patterns and beliefs most relevant to your experience. This makes the work uniquely tailored from the start.
03Ongoing individual sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes and scheduled at a cadence that works for you. Work may include identifying schema patterns, exploring their origins, and practicing new responses in the context of your current life and relationships.

Insurance
Epijennetics is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans in Illinois. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network clients to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.
