Options in Mental Health Treatment
Navigating your mental health healing journey requires finding the best fit for you in terms of location, therapist, and modality. Our office houses several therapists running their own practices, each using their own approach and putting their own unique spin on therapy.
Factors to Consider
Identity Preference
Therapy is a deeply personal journey and based on your own past experiences you may prefer a therapist with a specific ethnicity, gender, or religious background.
Third Party Payors
Consider how you will be paying for your sessions and choose a provider that is in-network with or accepts your specific insurance.
Modalities & Specialities
Consider what you hope to achieve during your therapy sessions and explore modalities of therapy. Choose a therapist that offers a modality that resonates with you and fits your therapy goals.
